I have been a very satisfied MotoPhoto customer for years. I've counted on the whole team, but most especially Bill C., for 3 major projects (along with 'just regular' photo processing): a collage of photographs for my Dad's 3/2010 memorial service, my immense multi-year Ancestor Alley creation (~ 75 images that take up 2 whole walls, many really old requiring very specialized care), and - most recently - the collage for my Mom's 10/2016 memorial service. Bill - with lots of what had to be frustrating 'coaching' from several members of my family - composed a wonderful true work of art fitting 64 black and white and color photos and family paintings into a 'drop shadow' design in a 20x30 INCH format. In person and by phone we were changing content up until the day before the service. This requires very adept computer graphic skills. Meanwhile other staff had to pick up the slack of Bill's usual other responsibilities. I hope MotoPhoto can provide a link to this review for you to see the final product. I've also given them permission to have it displayed in the store. Having been a manager of customer service teams before I retired, I know what good service is, and isn't. They say unhappy customers tell more people about their bad experiences than the reverse. Well, I'm here to confirm I can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to work with such a visually creative, hard working, and 'how can I help you?' team. PLEASE give MotoPhoto your business, too.
