Avis Heating and Air Discovered leaks in my mother's air ducts and a some asbestos in the attic surrounding the ducts. They suggested a complete replacement of the air ducts by a certified company. I questioned why she would need that and the technician explained and more importantly showed clearly what was leaking through the air ventilation system. He further showed me exactly what was going on with her system and what was causing increased energy costs and possible and likely health concerns. After seeing the problems and understanding the consequences of not removing the ancient system, we had a complete replacement including removal of asbestos covered ductwork. Unlike most contractors, each person from Avis heating and air that worked on the replacement answered every question and was kind about it. One of the things I noticed since the replacement is there is much less dust and dirt in the house which was apparently caused by the leaking ductwork. Avis heating and air completed their work quickly and provided excellent value. More importantly, he gave me a great price. more
