Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT rent a car from this Avis location. In general I've always had a good experience with Avis, but I will never again rent from this location. My friend rented a car for four days but turned it in one day early. The original quoted price for four days was $133, but he was charged $167! When he asked the manager why he was charged $35 more for having the car one day less, all the manager could say was "That's what the computer says." He said that probably five times and could not answer any questions about why the rates changed. My friend called the 1-800 number for Avis and the customer service person was able to reverse the charges and then charged the correct amount. The manager at this location is completely incompetent and has zero customer service skills. What's even worse is that my friend had witnessed a very similar exchange between this manager and an angry lady about two weeks before. Now we know why! Again, save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else.
