I will NEVER contact this company for another quote. They originally quoted me a decent price (but in this case you get what you pay for). I hired them, and had an agreement and delivery date for 50 boxes. Nothing showed up on the agreed upon date. I called and was told later that day they would be there. Once again a no show. I called again and got the delivery rescheduled for the next day. Once again a no show! Later that day they call me and say we are shipping you boxes UPS. I am ok with this. I receive the boxes and find the outsourced box company charges me for the boxes! At this point I've pretty much had it with this company! I email my rep (no response, big shocker with these jokers). I used this reputable local moving company for my move as well as my office move locally here. Dave was exceptional in leading his movers' team, while moving my furniture including some really heavy items and boxes. Not only were my moves done efficiently, but they also wrapped with like personal care all of my items and saved me time and headaches from doing it myself. I was also working on a tight budget and they gave me a good flat rate price, and the entire service was excellent! What else can I say regarding their moving service? There are moving service companies who claim to be good, but I am proof that this company is really the best in the area. I have moved 4 times in the past and their service made this most stressful time to be the easiest and smoothest move ever. I highly recommend them to everybody. This has been one of the best experiences I have had with moving service providers. After working for over 30 years in the city's public school system me and my husband decided to retire and live out our days in the awesome pastures of Miami. I have never moved more than 200 miles in my life so to say I had my doubts and concerns. I decided to call these gentlemen, based on a recommendation I received from a close friend. She had told me they did a stellar job for her family. I called them up about a month prior before my move. I worked out all the details with a consultant named Frank. Very nice person by the way. At this point we when over a few different scenarios. We decided to reward ourselves and have their staff do a full packing of our home in Brooklyn. Let me tell you, they provided an amazing service. Extremely efficient and very detailed oriented. On the delivery end I can say the exact same thing. Not one scratch, no price jumps, no $500 overcharges like we used to read on the internet. Their customer service and the moving staff is just a great bunch of guys. The price was fixed at the very beginning with their customer service communication and the long distance rates we been given are much cheaper than other local moving service providers asked for. I will strongly recommend their service to any and all people in need of a mover. During a stressful event such as moving, these guys will save your time and money! more

This company just completed my move last week and me and my family is extremely pleased with the moving service and the price and rates and that we went with these guys. They did every justice to our faith. When I asked for the fixed price quote they replied in no time and got back to me very fast. Though I received many quotes their rates were the cheapest ones. Well I started my search for a reliable mover a week in advance. After getting baraged with calls with different price quotes and reading reviews of dozens of moving service providers in the area, I decided to go with a local mover, these guys have a lot of positive reviews all over the Internet. First I called for the price quote and the guy of their customer service was very helpful, explaining all the details and rates. These guys are pros. The movers came when scheduled. Packed my belongings better than any other movers and I've moved a bunch. They stored the furniture for a week and delivered my goods on the date and time promised to our new apartment. The packers and movers were careful, personable and quick. I would use these folks in a minute. I ended up paying $60 less than the estimate due to weight and I was pleasantly surprised. I had planned to have them unpack but my place was still being rehabbed on the delivery date, so they changed the ending service and processed me a refund. I did quite a bit of research on moving companies on Google, Judy's Book, CitySearch etc. before finally deciding to go with these movers. I cannot begin to express how impressed I am with the high level of care, proficiency, communication and professionalism that they display all around. We scheduled move date just a few days before the actual move - but this was no problem for them. First, the foreman came to my home to assess our belongings and to provide me with a quote; they usually give hourly quotes, but I requested a flat rate so that I could compare it with the other price quotes I obtained. They came in the lowest, but because of how awesome they were to work with, we tipped them $ 250 the difference between one of the higher quotes we received. Our experience with this local moving company was outstanding. We have moved many times, both locally and interstate. We have had negative experiences in the past so it was a relief when our local move with these movers went so well. The company's customer service staff was so helpful, our movers on the day of our moving service were very respectful of me, my possessions and my time (therefore money). We used this moving company because of their excellent reviews. They did not disappoint. The both movers and their staff of the customer service were the best! They were professional, hard-working, honest, and friendly. There was no minimal damage, nor even scratches. They really hustled, but cut no corners on keeping our items well wrapped and secure. We only moved an hour away, so the entire job was about 6 hours, not including travel time. I highly recommend using this company. They are local movers and their rates are the cheapest. I moved with Aventura Movers Miami Moving and Storage this last Saturday, Sept.25th from North Miami to Coral Gables. My favorite part was how they wrapped my furniture. My dining hutch, fragile wood armoire and my white couch was wrapped in blankets and super sized plastic wrap along with some other valuable items. I have never seen that done before.On delivery the movers unloaded everything where I told them to, unwrapped the furniture and cleaned up the plastic and paper and left. That was so stress free, I was so pleased. The communication with thye company's customer service was easy and the rates were the best in Miami! more

I had to move because of my job and that in itself was stressful for me. I went to their website and used their price estimate tool on their website. Not only did it help me get an easy estimate. I was also able to use it as an effective way to create a household inventory because the form required me to fill out how many of each household item I had. I simply printed out the form when I was done filling out the information. On moving day, the foreman and his movers arrived a little early, which was great. I was ready to get the show on the road. They handled all of my items with care and we arrived at my new home in a timely manner. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. My kids were even comfortable with the movers and they are leery of everyone. I want to recommend these Miami movers because they do offer the best price and the best service all around! more

On the day of our move, I was a bit nervous as I did not receive any phone calls from the movers or the owner. So I called their customer service number and must have talked to the owner. He assured me that his movers will call me after their first job and sure enough, they did! We had booked them for 2pm on a Saturday and they were even early! Two guys showed up and went to work immediately. They were able to wrap up all of our furniture in just under 2 hours and got to our new place. They even gave us wardrobe boxes with no extra charge! Of course, we had to give them back once we got to our new place, but some places charge you for "renting" their materials! Anyway great moving service from Aventura Movers Miami Moving and Storage! Just wanted to thank Aventura Movers Miami Moving and Storage and their crew for doing such a professional job when they packed up our house and moved us from Orlando to Miami Florida.
