Unfortunately for the very nice and caring staff, the apartments are just not worth it. Very thin walls. You can hear everything your neighbors do, especially if they are above you. They are nice and very well designed inside. But if you are at the side or back of the complex, the train goes by almost every hour. The tennants are just not respectful of each other. parking is terrible unless you are lucky and get a building with parking on both sides, otherwise you will fight over parking spots all day and night. Again, be prepared to have your walls rattle from upstairs neighbors and hear them all night long! Small units for the price. Be prepared to have charges when you move out. more

Completely overpriced for the location -- I now live in a quieter less congested area, and cheaper -- with MORE square footage closer to the city. FYI -- if you have been there for a couple years...and carpets have normal wear and tear from kids/animals...expect to pay for that! more

Newer amenities horrible place to live. 1/10/2012

This place offers new and nice units but as the last post states is very very noisy. General lack of care for other tenants and very loud neighbors on most sides. This complex does not do anything for noise complaints though so if you have a loud family maybe good fit for you. The staff in front office consists of 3 women and they couldn't care less about your satisfaction after you have signed lease. They do their jobs, but at a minimum and customer service is definately not top priority. Generally a well maintained complex as far as amenities go. I would not recommend living here and absolutely will be moving after lease is up. For the area and comparably it is actually a good price if considering other ""luxury"" apartments. more

Nice units, but this place is NOISY 4/6/2010

We like the actual unit we're living in, but my roommate & I can't STAND the constant noise here. We thought it would be a little more upscale, quiet, etc., but there's constant bump-bump-bump from people's bass as they drive by (and drive WAY too fast in & out of here), loud music, some guy who likes to play drums in a nearby unit, loud trucks & motorcycles, and an overall lack of respect from many other tenants. It's a shame, because the amenities & staff are really nice, just not the neighbors. Pros: Nice units, nice staff, great amenities Cons: Noise, Noise, Noise, Inconsiderate population more
