I've been a patient of this group for years, and the bigger it has gotten the more impersonal it has gotten. Trying to get an appointment is like pulling your own teeth. Forget about trying to get one when you are sick and need to see a doctor, they are all booked. Why have a group so large if you can't hold aside some appointments in the event someone calls and needs to be seen the same day. As for the staff, not the nurses, the people they have on the ""front line"", you know the ones that prevent you from speaking to your doctor, they are rude and lazy. They ""pretend to take messages"" and then the doctor claims they never got it. Can't tell who is lying and who isn't. What happen to the doctors that were 'really' concerned about their patients, wanted to be there to help them, they are long gone, the name of the game now is how many can we see each day to build up our income. Get them in, and get them out. But there will be times that you are there for quite some time, and that's when they are running behind, I've sat in the office for over 2 hours already waiting to see the doctor. Amazing isn't it. I need to find a new doctor who's practice isn't so big that I don't count anymore. They need to slow down, get some good help in their office and remember why they are there in the first place.
Pros: Nursing staff is great. Some of the doctors in the practice are good.
Cons: Staff is terrible, really terrible, rude, and nasty.
