Closed 12/19/2011

Just recently found out that the Salon Spa has closed. What a shame to put all of us customers to the curb. I have since lost all trust and faith in them. They say a new location is to follow, but I do not think I will be following! more

Good Facial, cold room 12/12/2011

I was disappointed to learn upon arrival that the esthetician that I made my appt. with no longer worked there. My appt. was, therefore, with a different person. I would have liked to have received a call about this. The girl at the front desk was put in an awkward position in that she had to tell me. Not a great way to start. My facial was good, but the room was cold. It wasn't as good of an experience as I have had before. more

Perfection - High Quality Experience 12/6/2011

At the last minute, I decided to pamper myself before my husband's company xmas party. I desperately needed some me (wellness) time. So, thank goodness to whomever rescheduled their apts in the last minute on Friday; as a result, Jamie at the Front Desk, did a wonderful job to accommodate me. I told her it was ok if she couldn't get all my services in today. Jamie was determined and I was her project! For the first time, I experienced an AVEDA Chakra Massage w/ Catherine... Her attention to my body's needs & details were near PERFECTION. Beatriz did my hair cut (different day) and David my color! I LOVED my cut and my color looked FABULOUS. Alana did an amazing job on my makeup. I left Rejuv feeling & looking AMAZING!!! It was a high quality experience. more

Bad Experience 12/1/2011

I have had facials since 1985 and peels since 1999, and this peel/facial was my worst experience. My experience includes the most high-end facials such as Georgette Klinger and Elizabeth Arden, dermatologist associated estheticians, and regular beauty spa estheticians, so I know what constitutes a great or poor facial/peel. more

Decor, demeanor, music tastefully elegant! Eric was delightful, personable, knowledgeable and gave an unbelievable deep tissue massage that I have needed for so long. I am 68 but I left feeling 25 again. I immediately made another appt. I simply can not recommend Rejuv Aveda and Eric enough. Thank you so much. more

Facial 11/28/2011

This was the second facial I got from Aveda, the first was awesome! This one was shorter by like 20 mins and I felt wasn't as thorough, but none the less it was relaxing and I enjoyed it. more

Excellent Hair dressers poor customer service David does wonders with hair, he's an artist!!! Too bad their very poor customer service, they sent me a coupon saying it woul apply on my next visit, then on my next visit they said it wasn't going to be applied because I should of told them of the coupon when I scheduled my appointment, how was I supposed to know!!! They are very good at applying a fee of $20 when you're late or can't make it, but they are not good at applying their own coupons. I think they use any excuse..... more

not returning 11/20/2011

I was completely disappointed with hair cut. It was not what I wanted at all and looked bad. No style or anything to it. Just bland. I just relocated here, so I was hoping for something that would be edgy and stylize but got nothing of the sort. The face and all that jazz was nice, but didn't make up for the bad hair cut. more

Makeup Event - Don't forget to order the supplies! 11/8/2011

I had my makeup done with the new winter color palette. The makeup artist did a beautiful job & was knowledgable about the makeup, but not as knowledgable about the different cleansers or which would be best for my skin type. There were several items out of stock (large brush & the compacts for holding the makup). Seems silly to have an "event" & not have items on hand to sell. (By the way, I was the first appt. for this event, so there's no excuse.) more
