I was frustrated with my past hairstylist. Kyle and Ruth have exceeded my expectations. Always a scary thing to have a new stylist. They were fabulous and color is perfect!!! more

Great Experience as Usual 1/10/2012

I need to book my color/foil/cut on a Saturday. Classical Concepts at Crossgates is where I go, and I have never been disappointed. I started out with Anna Lisa who was great and transferred over to Chloe who is just as great, since Anna Lisa needed to change hours. If you want to go to a place that's relaxing, doesn't overbook, and the stylist actually spends the entire time working on you and you don't get passed around, you should try it. The results are as good or better than any of the top salons I have been to, here or in my travels. Even the front desk is welcoming with friendly staff! No attitudes here. more

always great service, friendly professionals 1/7/2012

I saw Annalisa for a haircut today. I have seen three stylists at this salon and all have been great. A very relaxing environment, and the cuts are always great cuts that I am very happy with. Annalisa is an extremely warm and friendly stylist and is very professional. She always makes sure everything is just right before I leave. I also saw Jillian for a face and eyebrow waxing. Jillian is very good at what she does and is always so happy and professional. I will continue to go here for my salon and spa services. :) more

Jill who does the facials at the Classical Concepts Salon at Crossgates mall does a fabulous job! I receive so many compliments on my skin and I owe it all to Jill and her great advice on which products to use. more
