I decided to give them a try; brought in a skirt, pants, and blouse.  The skirt was brand new, worn only once, didn't have any stains. It came back with major stains all over, on both the front/back sides. The pressing was also horrible, with iron marks all over and wrinkles everywhere. Worst of all, the stitching along the bottom edges all came loose like it was torn. I addressed these issues with the worker but he was extremely rude, saying it wasn't their fault. When I at least asked for an apology, he said he shouldn't have to since he didn't personally dry clean or press them. Then he told me to ""get out"" of the store. Do not go there. With quality and customer service like that, I guarantee it will only be a matter of time before they ruin your clothes only to kick you out of the store. more

I have been going there for a year now and i find them friendly and on time, they get spots out and my shirts come back spot less around the neck. Pros: Service, Quality, Fast turn around more

They use to do a nice job. In the past few months they do not listen!!! They say ok to dry cleaning, then grab the laundry sheet. We will say, no we want dry cleaning and then he will put D C on it. We come to pick it up and it has been laundered. They are liars. DO NOT GO! Cons: they lie, will not do what you ask them to. more
