The toilet since we moved in has had a problem. It won't flush most of the time. After repeated calls all they have done is sent out a maintenance man (4x) which always tracked mud and dirt into the house. Not to mention left fecal-mater all over the bathroom floor. The problem ended up being that the toilet is missing a jet that helps waste flush. For 4 months we tried getting them to replace the toilet on the fact that it doesn't work. We received no phone calls or emails what so ever. Nor did the home owner. The home owner moved too Denver and left ARP in charge, so he couldn't really do anything anymore. Anyway, 6 months AFTER the plummer came they are trying to bill us for all 4x's and trying to say we were late on rent every month. Which isn't true, we have the recipes to show otherwise. Soooo, without as much as a phone call to let us know whats going on they are evicting us. Both my wife and I are transplants from NY and have no family or friends we can stay with. So thanks ARP for putting my 18 month old daughter, my wife, and I on the street. I had no problem with paying you, all you had to do is let me know whats going on. I had NO clue that I owed you anything OTHER than rent. Since ARP already filled for an eviction the home owner can't do anything. He was not happy to find out the company did this.
