My Opinion of Autumn Ridge Apts 9/12/2010

I've been living here for about 6 months and its really quiet here. The advantage we have is that our apartment has access to the side gate facing Shadow Lane. The place is always clean and is always maintained. The staff treats you well and they are always nice. Sometimes you have outsiders coming in wreaking havoc but that's 1x out of 100, other than that I like it here, its very convenient. Met alot of nice neighbors, Yes, real nice people in Citrus Heights :) more

Not a great location 4/26/2009

I wouldn't recommend these apartments. The location really isn't so great. I can't count how many times I heard screaming and yelling out on the street and even bottles being thrown. It could get very loud at night. The apartment itself was ok - pretty standard. I wouldn't recommend with the location and noise problems. more
