Do not put a loved one in haven health in cromwell..... Unfortunatly we did not know any better and it was just horrible. Our loved one got neglected and treated terribly we did all we could to moniter how they treated her but when we could not be there-who knows how she got treated.\r
The staff is lazy and im not saying that there are not a few great people there, but for the most part they are rude, insensitive to the patient and family needs and basically a living hell.\r
please stay away from such a place.
