Exceptional Service, Products, Pricing and Installation\r \r I have purchased from high-end national retailers in the past. Autry Electronics products and prices were just as good or better, which was a positive surprise given they are local. Even more, they provided greater value and savings overall and incredible service as well as being more flexible for scheduling deliveries and installation. Equally important, they showed in actions they valued me as a customer and a person. more

I am the owner of Autry Electronics and would like to address this claim from an anonymous source who admits he has not done business with our company, never visited our store or personally met the owners.\r \r While it may be true his call was not returned as quickly as he would like I challenge his disparaging comments. We have been in business since 1976 and have not only survived but prospered by delivering a quality product and by treating our clients with the upmost respect.\r \r Just as the character and integrity of a potential business is important to a consumer so is the character of a potential client important to us before we agree to do business with them.\r \r Anyone who would make such anonymous, inaccurate and vindictive statements in a public forum without first giving us a chance to correct the oversight do not meet the customer profile of those we are looking to attract to our business. \r \r I encourage the potential customer to check out our listings on Angie's List and call or come by our store to personally meet and talk with the owners.\r \r Sincerely ,\r Glen Autry,\r President, Autry Electronics\r more

I thought it important to support a local business. Unfortunately, Autry Electronics never returned my calls (and that's after me calling them 4 times over 7 days). When they finally called me back today, I was told they couldn't do the job. Thanks for keeping me hanging for a week with no response. \r I can't speak to the quality of their work but I can tell you that my experience with them left me shaking my head. They were completely unprofessional and it left me wondering why I even tried to do business with them.\r Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. It will save you time and frustration and you might actually get the job done.\r Honestly, I don't know how these guys stay in business. more

Really friendly, EXTREMELY knowledgable, great product line and absolutely wonderful customer service 1/10/2008

The two gentlemen that own/operate Autry Electronics are two of the nicest people that are extremely knowlegable in their field. I did some research on various websites and talked with numerous people that had either talked with them or bought from them and they were more than pleased. They are certified by several national organizations, install Lutron and they carry the top of the line Boston Acoustics. All in all, this was the most knowlegable and positive experience with a home theatre company. They were honest and reliable. They started working when they said they would, finished when they said they would and they left our house the way they found it - clean. Worth the drive down highway 280 and worth the time and money. A+++++++ more
