Went in to buy alternator. Poor service helped me in the slowest time possible. I went home and alternator wasn't right. Friends had warned me about this store's horrible knowledge on vehicles. I went back to get the right part and talked to store manager Crystal Davies who gave me the wrong part again and in the most unfriendliest way possible. Worst shopping experience. more

autozone-bad choice 9/27/2011

One star is because i can't give it none. Store management is really poor, service is the worst I've seen. Got wrong part multiple times and it made me spend hundreds of dollars and missing work. Store manager doesn't know how to deal with regular decisions. I give this store zero starts and want to say it's a scary place to shop since you literally don't know what you're getting. more
