I came in one day for a part for my car and the store was packed full of customers. Not only did all employees make a great effort to help everyone in there in a timely manner, but the one that helped me was an angel. DOUG SMITH answered all of my questions and suggested ways for me to cut the cost and get better quality products. Nor did he push me to buy anything I didn't want to, which I really appreciated.
If you're going into the Autozone on Simpson Ferry, ask for Doug! You won't get better service than him.
