I have been a customer at Autow Hook-up since Feb 2011. I have recommended people as well. They have excellent customer service. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond...

Small town feel in Charlotte 3/27/2012

I have been a customer at Autow Hook-up since Feb 2011. I have recommended people as well. They have excellent customer service. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I had and issue with my car and they did not stop until they found the problem.I was patient and sure that they would find the problem and they did. They are more than fair and it's hard to find this type of automotive business that is honest, fair and reasonable and do not take advangtage of you. I appreciate the service I have recieved and they have a customer for life. T Farley more

The Best of The Best!!!! 2/24/2012

There like Family. There Service is First Class, High quality and very professional. They let you know what's wrong with your car before working on it and find solutions in how to repair them. When I come to Autow hook up i know my car will get the best care. Very Honest and caring there ""A"" GREAT TEAM... Customer Service is excellent... ""There's only three good things you should have in life Good Husband, Good Doctor and A Great Mechanic""... I Highly recomend there services to anyone. ?M.C.? more

These folks are like lifelong friends 2/21/2012

These folks are like lifelong friends. I will always take BMW and GMC to them. The repairs turn out very well. My cars issues are resolved, and I never have a reason to go anywhere else. You won't find a more honest, fair, and customer-service oriented place of business in Charlotte. They always tell you exactly what is wrong before you have to pay for the repairs, and you always know what to expect before you ever pick up your vehicle. Their recommendations are always good and they are always really polite ;-) more

I have been to Autow Hook-Up twice and I have to say both times were great! Friendly service, polite, up front information and quality work. Fair pricing helped too. more

Excelente servicio 2/15/2012

Es muy alentador saber que podemos llevar nuestros autos y que har?n un excelente trabajo. Vale la pena el viaje y siepre salimos satisfechos. Son muy honestos y eficientes. El ambiente adentro mientras esperas por tu carro, es muy acogedor y limpio. No es una molestia esperar por el servicio que le est?n haciendo al carro, puedes c?modamente usar el internet que se provee y ver una pel?cula sentadaccomoda en los sillones, que la verdad est?n muy c?modos tambi?n. more

Your Money's Worth 2/13/2012

Even when I didn't think possible, I have found a car service repair shop that I actually don't mind calling. As someone who uses her car constantly, Autow Hookup has been the go-to place for me. They're efficient, they're honest, and they believe in speaking with you about the reality of your car--meaning, if it ain't broke, why fix it? And if it is, then let's get to it!! more

Best all around Auto Shop 8/5/2011

The service was grade A from the guys who towed my vehicle to the front desk to the mechanic who fixed my car. This has to be first time that I enjoyed getting my car serviced at a shop. I initially thought that they were only a towing business but I learned that they also did mechanic services so I went ahead and killed 2 birds with 1 stone and I'm glad I did because I got great service. The tow truck guys were entertaining and funny for the ride, the ladies at the front desk were nice as well as very pretty and the mechanic did quick work as well as gave me tips. I actually went ahead and setup an appointment for an oil change soon because of their exceptional service. What else can I say but, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! more
