Car wouldn't start. AAA technician tested it and said it was alternator and battery tested low, probably drained by alternator. We got a new battery, no alternator needed. Next...

Great customer service! Honest shop! 4/27/2014

Although it took longer than we hoped, we understood that they were SUPER busy and we certainly weren't their only customers. The customer service was AWESOME! Sometimes people worry about finding a mechanic who is honest. I, myself, have experienced a dishonest mechanic but this shop exceeded our expectations. The "repair" was minor and they were honest about it instead of doing what some shops do and "upsell" services. Thank you Autotech! We will certainly recommend you to anyone who needs work on their car! more

I trust Auto Tech when I take in my car. I think that speaks volumns about any mechanical repair facility. They never try to sell me what I don't need. more

Smog Check 4/3/2014

I visited the shop without an appointment for a smog check. They were extremely accommodating and immediately serviced my car. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I couldn't be happier. more

Owner should retire 3/25/2014

Jared or whatever his name is was very helpful and polite. The owner was rude and EXTREMELY slow. I went for a simple oil change and inspection that was supposed to take ONE hour. I spent an HOUR AND A HALF waiting. Service was overpriced. Won't be back. more

An amazing place to get auto work done! 3/7/2014

The customer service at this place is top notch along with their repair work. They do not pressure you onto buying more then your budget. They're a little busy due to everyone wanting their services done here but its well worth the wait. Also! If you are low on funds like i was when i found out it cost a little over a grand to fix my car all the way, they have a credit line available for 1200 with monthly payments. No credit checks. All i did was prove i had a part time job and a bank account and i was instantly accepted. more

Saved me money! 3/1/2014

I took my Scion xD to Toyota of Riverside for a six-month service. The dealer said I needed a front brake job on a two-year-old car after less than 14500 mis. Disbelieving and angry that this car would need new brakes so soon, I took the car to Autotech who cleaned and adjusted the rear brakes, replaced the engine air filter and said the car did not need new front brake pads at this time. I am happy that I didn't rely on the dealer's word. more
