Car wouldn't start. AAA technician tested it and said it was alternator and battery tested low, probably drained by alternator. We got a new battery, no alternator needed. Next...

Courteous and reasonable! 11/2/2011

Every time I've taken my car to Autotech, they've been very courteous. I used to take my car to another shop. They always seemed to find something else to fix, and my car never ran correctly. They would even charge me for things I never had on my car. Autotech was in my area when I moved in, and I decided to try them. The people at Autotech are helpful, and are correct in their estimate. Last time, I had to get my car smogged and could only pay for half the payment. Autotech told me I could pay the next half by my next payday! I've used Autotech for about four years now. I'd tell people how good Autotech is, and how they're courteous and reasonable! more

I actually stopped taking my car to the dealer because I was feeling like I was being ripped off. I previously took my car and wife's car to Autotech for small things. I then stopped going to the dealer and started going to Autotech. It's in the neighborhood, and the people are pleasant and willing to help. They've done services on my car, including to help diagnose a burning smell in my car, and they have done engine mounts. I have been really happy with the general service provided by Autotech. I have an 11-year-old car and Autotech is doing a good job keeping it on the road. I've been using Autotech for a little over two years, but consistently in the last year specifically. So good the first time, I returned with my second car! 9/1/2011

I was so happy with my first experience with AutoTech, that I took them my other car to them for my second experience with them. So I had two different cars with two different things that needed repairing from AutoTech both with excellent results! I really like that they give a good guarantee with their work, and treat their customers really well. So pleased with my experiences with them I'd recommend them to anybody! Quick and convenient. 8/15/2011

I've been using AUTOTECH for about four years now. I really like how they are always willing to schedule an appointment when I need to and it's convenient for me, rather than being scheduled a month later. At least ten years ago, I had an '89 Honda. I always had problems with smog checks and setting the carburetor correctly. My mechanic suggested I go to Tony of Autotech, and he said he was the only one in Riverside who knew his stuff. My car has at least 220,000 miles on it and since then, I've never failed a smog check. I have two other cars and I take them to Autotech whenever I'm in Riverside. He's very fair and does things right. Rob will always find out how the car is working and redo anything if necessary. Autotech is also honest about their prices: if it will be expensive, they will be upfront about it. I feel extremely comfortable with them. I've recommended Autotech to many people. I drive 30 miles because I trust them implicitly. 5/31/2011

I discovered AutoTech by accident a few years ago, and I have been very happy. Rob at the front desk is really accommodating, and the guys in the shop are all great too. When it comes to customer service, they really shine in this day and age. Most recently I went in to AutoTech for just a regular, old 3000 mile oil change. I depend on them to let me know what's going wrong and not what has already been wrong with my vehicle, so the work they have done has mostly been preventative maintenance. I have needed them for new brakes, ties, and belts, and I have trusted them implicitly to do that. I have had generally the same mechanic the whole time, until he broke his ankle, but I trust them all implicitly. That's why I drive 30 miles to get to them! Tom Lowe more

Autotech has been working on my cars for years, and they have done all kinds of things for me. They are pretty fast, and they are courteous. The stuff they do gets done right. I trust them and have had no problems. more

I have always had excellent experiences with Tony and Autotech. I have used them for the last 5 or 6 years, and they always have excellent service. They do a good job. I haven't had them do anything too big, just brakes and things like that, but the quality of their work is excellent. Tom Wolf more

AutoTech keeps all our cars in good running order, from our classic Cadillac to our vintage LazyDaze RV to our everyday Honda. We may be Tony's first customers, since we brought a car to him in 1987. more

Very satisfied. 12/6/2010

I have been a customer of Autotech for about 5 or 6 years. I have had them do just about every repair you can imagine, including major engine work. I initially went there because I was tired of the high prices and lack of trust I experienced at dealerships. I have always found Autotech to be very honest and the work is always done correctly. If there are any problems, they get fixed without any questions asked. I am very pleased with them. I have confidence that I am not being ripped off. more

I have always had good service at Autotech and have recommended many people to them. Tony himself is pretty professional, but I haven't had much experience with the other guy. I am always hesitant to give 5s, because you never know what could be better. Autotech has always been very helpful to me. When we need to get in and out right away they are helpful with that. Their service, and their repairs, are always good. I appreciate the fact that they also call later to see if I am satisfied. The work the mechanics do is very good, and I have never had to go back again. I have been using them for 6 or 7 years. I feel that I can rely on them no matter what. When my car broke down one time, it had to be towed all the way to Autotech. They got in touch with me as soon as they could and then got it fixed fast. Tony is easy to work with. more
