Horrible, dishonest company 2/17/2011

We purchased a used Jeep Liberty from this company and though we asked for a Carfax, we never got one. There was just one excuse after another. We foolishly purchased the car anyway. It came with only 1 set of keys, no manual and when we asked for a sunroof to be installed, they drove the car to Mass. (without our permisson or knowledge) and took 7 days to install it. Also, after having the car in the shop numerous times in a short while, we finally got a Carfax on our own and found that the car had been in an accident previously. more

Not a good experience... 11/16/2006

I will NEVER buy a car from Autoserv again. When I went to pick up the car the gas light was on "E", there was no manual and no second set of keys. I had to use my lunch hour the next day to drive up there. The salesman that delivered the car never took a copy of our paystub which they then hounded me for and eventually reamed me rudely on the phone. There were also three minor scratches I asked them to deal with before we picked up the car-not done. All in all this was not a good experience and was very dissapointing. more

Eventually you will get a deal 10/5/2005

I was hunting for a vehicle but had to go back here four times to get the price I wanted. Even though each time they said it was the best deal I still got continual phone calls telling me they would knock a little more off. As much as a pain it is do not settle on your first visit. You have to play the games with these guys to pay the price you want. more

Quick Lube 9/29/2005

Last Saturday I needed an oil change and I light had just came on in my jeep. I headed to the dealership to see if they could help. Tom in the Quick lube, always pleasant and helpful, quickly wrote up the order to do the LOF and have a tech look into the warning light. Thankfully in 1/2 an hour I was on my way with just having the LOF and air put into my tires. Who knew that the jeep now tells you when you need air in the tires?! more
