Very satisfied with the service.

Worst

The gas gauge fix ($69) was of no value to us. We still have no idea how much gas is in our car. I sent an email, but got no response. We are not very happy right now.

Very timely, and very detailed. I was very satisfied. 3/29/2011

Autos International repaired my wife's Dodge pickup. They repaired the breaks, and they let me know ahead of time, in a timely manner even, that they repaired the hub on the left hand side. They gave me a total breakdown on what it would cost, as well as all the details on what went wrong. It was very detailed, and I was very satisfied. more

Still wouldnt recommend these guys. 5/30/2010

In response to the post below stating if you have a problem with 7.00 antifreeze you should go to walmart. what ever happeend to customer service?..if it needed such little antifreeze why could they not top off your fluid for free. OR if they are going to charge you maybe they should call and authorize the charge first? doesnt matter how little it costs.\r \r Odds are Mr "Richard F" below is either employed by this company or a friend. more

Great work at a Fair Price 5/26/2010

I have been taking my cars here since 1988. Autos International always gives me great service at a fair price. If they don't know the answer to the problem, they will find it.\r \r Reading some of the negative posts, I am reminded of a couple of things:\r \r 1) if you are so cheap that you're going to complain about $7 worth of anti-freeze, you should probably be going to WalMart auto care instead.\r \r 2) Some cars are not fun nor profitable for a mechanic to work on. If you are met with reluctance on the part of the shop to even consider doing your car, keep in mind, they might not want the job because your car is a pain in the butt and not profitable. Also, sometimes they are too busy. Remember, they have the right to turn away business.\r \r 3) Even the best shops hire a poor technician sometimes. Hiring the right service technician is not fool-proof. Even the best shops will unknowingly hire a technician who is not very good. If his work is shotty, he is let-go. It is an unfortua more

Not recommended, verify charges before signing. 2/10/2010

I took my car to them because it was idling rough and stalling out. They had it for a few day and told me it also needed a bolt for the motor mount. I went and bought the bolt and brought it to them, they never mentioned how much it cost for them to put the bolt in. After picking up the car they charged me for the putting a new bolt on, and adding antifreeze. I didnt even authroize the antifreeze and was told it "only needed a little bit"..yet this "little bit" costs 7.00. After getting the car is till ran like crap. \r \r I then took the car to the dealer, and I was shocked ot see that their diag fee was cheaper then this small mom and pop shop. In the end they told me the adjustments the shop made were not the proper way to fix it, informed me the part it needed which I had them replaced and it ran like new. \r \r Definatly do not recommend this company. I had to fight with them to get part of my money back since they did a half assed repair job.\r \r If you do take your car there VERIFY more

Autos International is awsome! 7/20/2009

I have been taking my vehicle to autos international for the past 2 years and I have been very pleased with the service I have recieved there! They have adressed the problems with my vehicle and fix the problem and in a timely manor:0) I have never had a problem with their mechanic's or service! The owner and service writer even offered to drive me to work then drive my car back to the shop while they did the repairs and then picked me back up at the end of the day! Very helpful:0) more

dissappointing service 5/19/2009

I brought my car in and asked them to check the noise on rt side. 1st a mechanic of 20 yrs. rode with me he could here nothing. I asked him if he would look underneath and he said no, if I don't hear it I don't put in on the rack. Then manager rode with me, I could hear what I heard, manager could hear nothing. I asked him if he would check underneath. He said there were no racks and he didn't know when one would be available. I said ,Well I guess I'm forced to take it to Firestone. I did they put my car up and found a cracked rt. axle. I did'nt have to wait and they were all concerned, they did not scouff at the noises I heard. I called Autos International back and let them know what I had found out. This time I talked to a womans. \r She said, well, If they didn't hear anything ,of course they feel there is nothing wrong. I said why didn't they put my car up and look at it. She said she didn't know. Forget Autos International, Their customer service was insulting and not through. It' more

Vehicle broke down within 2 miles after picking it up 6/16/2008

We have been taking our vehicles to many different mechanics over the past 25 years. Some good, some bad... but never anything like this! The customer service is horrible. They don't tell you anything - you have no idea if they have looked at your vehicle, if they are working on it, if it is done -, you have to call them and then they don't return your calls, the woman at the front desk is rude and insulting. I took my vehicle in to get one problem fixed. He ended up fixing two things. I did not make it more than two miles after picking it up until I couldn't drive it anymore. Both things that he fixed ended up with damage that needs to be repaired. They caused more problems then they solved. We went back to ask them to fix what they broke and their answer was that it is just a coincidence that the two parts that are now broken just happen to be on the two places that they repaired. There was no problem when we brought it in with either one. We are now taking the vehicle somewhere else more
