Best car shopping experience ever! 12/27/2011

Needing to find a vehicle quickly, my husband and I began to search on line. Within 20 minutes we found a Nissan Xterra at Autos Direct Online. The Xterra had all the features we were looking for and at a very reasonable price. Our salesman, Dan Caldwell, helped to make this purchase extremely easy and everything was delivered as promised and on time. Our mechanic stated this SUV was a ""gem"" and we love driving it!. Good price and fair treatment after the sale 12/26/2011

Dan showed compassion and concern with a very critical customer in me. He was always responsive and worked in my favor when little things came up after the sale regarding the purchased vehicle. Educate yourself and know what you are purchasing to get the best deal. You cannot separate sales and service...it's all in the details! more

Best Experience Ever 11/30/2011

Of all the cars I have purchased, this experience was hands down the best. The staff was very eager to help with anything that we needed. They were all very helpful in all aspects of the deal, from the test drive to the financing. Dan was very understanding of my eagerness to get my new Jeep and helped us to take it home as soon as possible. i have already and would continue to recomend Autos Direct Online to family and friends! The ars were nice and the prices were great. There were no pushy salespeople, they we all straight forward and honest which made our experience even better! more

I am VERY impressed with autos direct online. I am a single mom with not so sperfect credit and my salesman Dan was so kind and helpful to me and my kids. He went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle that was safe and reliable and at a price that fit my small budget. He never once made me feel like I was just a ""commission"" or a waste of his time because I was limited on funds. He spent a lot of time with me and he just made me feel right at home! I walked out of there with a great car and an even greater sense of pride after dealing with Autos direct! This is truely a company that cares for their customers and we need more companies like them all over the U.S. more

Watch out for their Doc Fee 11/11/2011

Overall pretty good dealership that offers deals ""too good to be true."" They do this by making up the difference at deal time by slipping in a $243 doc fee on all vehicles. more

Auto direct online was very helpful throught the whole process. First of all I am from new Orleans and we flew to the Cleveland airport and they picked me up from there and brought us to their office. Very friendly and supportive. I will and already have recommended this place to a few friends!! more

My husband and me had been looking everywhere for a nice used SUV...we would go to look at one we liked and then the price would be way too much or we would find one with a good price but it was way too used. I came across a 2006 Subaru Tribeca by chance online and the more I looked at it the more I like it. We drove up there that night and meet with the salesman Jeff...fell in love the car adn the dealership and bought it! Awesome SUV..awesome dealership more

Best car buying experience! 11/6/2011

My husband and I had been looking for a while for his ""dream car"" and had come up short at several other dealerships. After a terrible experience with another dealership we came across autos direct online and were so pleased with the service we received. Dan helped us every step of the way and made sure that the vehicle we purchased was everything we wanted...and it was several thousand dollars less than any other vehicle around! We will definitely be coming back the next time we are looking for a used car. more
