I will never go to the big dealerships for auto repair again! Auto Service Professionals is where it's at. 1/3 the cost, friendly, and BMW parts. They replaced an ignition coil for my bmw and had it done by the end of the day. I'll be getting my car fixed at Auto Service Pros from now on. They have also ran diagnostics on my car, replaces some auto glass, replaced a car battery and even worked on my forklift once for my business. more

Honest and fair 12/12/2012

Honest and Fair Priced auto repair shop. I have been a loyal customer at this shop for 5 years. I never thought I would use honest, fair and mechanic all in the same sentence. But they are all those things and a lot more! I send all my friends and family there. They have changed my tires and repaired some electrical problems I had once. more

Fast and efficient car repair service 12/12/2012

Auto Service Pros gave me really fast and efficient car repair service. It's a great place in downtown kansas city to get your car Inspection done, they are very close to downtown loop. The price was pretty reasonable, too, as far as I can tell. Highly recommended! more

Excellent place to take your car for repair. They are very prompt, professional, and have a level of customer service I have never seen at an auto repair shop. Everyone there has been trustworthy and upfront. Work is efficient and of the highest quality. I have recommend this place to all of my friends and family. more

Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything about my estimate and repair thoroughly. They kept me well informed through the entire process. Greg and the receptionist was so helpful. they made the whole experience a pleasant one. I would recommend Auto Service pros to anyone needing auto repair in Kansas City. transmission repair, engine work and regular oil changes is what they have done for me. more
