I have used Automotive Diagnostics for about 10 years now and my wife has known Ritchie and his family for many years prior to that. This is a good solid business, with honest, straight-forward people. They will work hard to fix your vehicle and will not try to sell you something you do not need. I highly recommend them. more

Business attitude is refreshing. 8/2/2016

Automotive Diagnostic Center does not try to sell me services my vehicle does not need but does recommend needed services. After experiencing auto services elsewhere in which the staff recommends many expensive services that are not needed, dealing with Automotive Diagnostic Center is refreshing. I have recommended them to friends and family. more

Catalytic Converter 7/15/2016

Great job on my older pickup. I had a rattle coming from the back end. ADC determined it was the catalytic converter. They fixed it right up. Upon test drive they also determined the engine belt tensioner was not functioning causing noise from the engine compartment. They fixed that too. Now the old pickup is purring quietly again and ready for another 100000 miles! more

Love Automotive Diagnostic Center :) 7/8/2016

I have been going to Automotive Diagnostic Center for about 20 years. The are honest about what needs to be done to my vehicle, and have never told me something needs to be done when it doesn't. They prioritize what work needs to be done, and never pressure you into getting everything done right now. I trust Ritchie, Dave and all the mechanics they employ. I get really nervous when I have to have something repaired or fixed at the deal, because there is no relationship there. If you need a good place to take your vehicle this is it :) more

I have taken our vehicles to Richie and Dave for many years. The reasons? Great service, honesty, integrity, and of course great quality work. Dakota pick up repairs 6/14/2016

ADC did a great job on our pick up. The truck was beginning to get loud and ADC determined it was a catalytic converter issue as well as a belt and pulley tensioner issue. They repaired both and the truck runs great! Very happy. more

As usual, kind and courteous, professional service! I roared in exhausted from doctor's appointment and with a physical therapy appointment in 30 minutes with the flatest tire in the world--ADC had it off, evaluated, patched, and back on--and I made it to PT. We can't always expect this kind of fast service--but the service is always worth waiting for. more

Great Service 5/13/2016

Ritchie has always been good for us servicing all our vehicles. He does great work and trust him when he responds to what is needed. I get the feel of a hometown service with them. I wish he had a shop in KC where I now live. more
