I had a good experience at this lot. No pressure, nice cars and the sales staff was pretty nice, even after I told them I was just looking. After wandering around for a while decided on a nice Honda and when it came time to deal and finance everything went smooth and I got the car for less than the sticker. more

The service here is great! They had a good selection of great cars every time I drove by. I stopped in to ask some questions about a Tacoma and the sales guy was easy and very helpful. There was a salesman ready to help me as soon as I got on the lot. He wasn’t there to push me and get me into a car today, I appreciated that a lot. I ended up taking a few days to decide on buying the car I wanted, the same guy was there with the same no pressure approach. I did buy the car and they’ve been great ever since. My vehicle won't pass inspection and now repairs are eating me up. Certified auto repairman stated that the bulb for the engine service light was not found. \r \r In order to know it was missing, the entire dashboard had to be removed. And who would have thought to do that?\r \r Automax sold me a vehicle without the engine light bulb in place knowing it would sell. It had an inspection sticker on it when they sold it to me.\r \r I will report this to the DOT. \r \r more

Auto max are liars and thieves they will do anything to sell you a lemon more

My husband and I purchased a car from them with less than perfect credit... they told us to keep the car for a year, then once we showed good credit history with them they could get us into another.. ""better"" car if we so choose. After our year we called to see if we could do just that..... and even put $2500 down.\r Well, they took ALL of our info- pulled our credit and to NO avail- NO response.. no call , no- we don't want your business cuz your credit stinks or anything... also, I had to deal with the main office and put my payment off for 3 days.. they assured me they wouldn't run my card until Saturday morning cuz I told them my husband didn't get his ck until Friday but might not be able to put it in the bank. Needless to say they put it thru on Friday and I had 6 overdraft fees... MY fault, should have known better.... We have another vehicle thru Public Auto Sales.. actually our 2nd with them and I have referred EVERYONE I know to them instead of AutoMax.\r ******JUST DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO TO THEM!!!!!******** more
