Automatic Door Lift Company

I had the spring in my garage door replaced. First of all the person who did the job did not show up the first time ( bad sign but ... I continue with them) Then when he finally showed up, and did a very fast and lousy job. Now (3 days after the job) the door do not close and when I ask him to come and check he get very upset and rude, hung up the phone and leave me looking for some really pro to do the job again. Do not lose your money, find a good one to do a good job from the beginning. more

I am writing to say how very pleased I am with the replacement garage door opener that the Automatic Door Lift Co recently installed at my home (2/11/11). Particularly pleasing is the way in which the staff worked - from Mike (owner) who came to give me a quote for the work and especially the fitters who installed the door. They worked most cheerfully and efficiently in what only can be described as freezing conditions and where a joy to have on the premises. Many thanks also for the way in which they cleared away all traces of the opener and its surrounds. Rest assured that I would certainly recommend the Automatic Door Lift Co to any of my friends or neighbors who want to replace their garage door opener. I am a very pleased customer. Thank you. more

I purchased two doors from this company about a year ago. Now, parts are literally falling off both doors. Appointment times for repairs are not kept. No shows are common. Calls are sometimes answered and the response is ""we'll try to come by today"". The owner admitted that he overcharged me for the second door, but says he cannot figure out how to refund the money to my credit card. Completely unprofessional. Not recommended. more
