From the moment we met, Dave made me feel comfortable, and educated me on what I needed to know. He made sure I understood. Then throughout the deal, he kept myself and the realtors constantly up to date via emails and phone calls. Dave gave me a great rate as well. I was amazed at how much time he spent working with me.
