My friend bought a vehicle from this dealership and the vehicle has not been driveable since the sale. The vehicle was knowingly sold with a damaged engine and the owner Jeff promised to fix the vehicle and did not. He also refused to pay the towing bill for towing the vehicle back to his dealership. My friend lost all the money he saved on this vehicle. A Complaint has been filed with the NH Attorney General's Office. Cons: Misleading Statements, Fraud more

Used car bought 6/20/09 with car fax assurances that it was accident free and engine was good. On 6/23/09, 3 days later, car was towed back due to over heating and bad head gasket. The car had been in accident. Constant leak of water in trunk and tail light from rain . Headlight glued on. Battery loose under the hood. Windsheild gasket seal pops out when wind touches it. When Jeff was asked to take the car back he said NO. He kept the car at his shop for 35 days always making excuses for why it was not repaired sooner. Picked up car thinking it was fixed but guess what? It still over heats and is currently sitting in the driveway unusable. He does not respond to phone calls/ faxes. He used up my time to buy himself time to get off the hook. Took car to legitimate Dealer ship and they said his work was done wrong and the car would need over $1600 in repairs and go up from there as the engine may be cracked but they will not know until it is opened up. I bought a used vehicle from these people with an extended warranty only to find out that Jeff the owner lied to me personally on numerous occasions. I had been looking at this truck on their lot for days and finally decided to buy it. Jeff the owner dealt with me during the entire process and reassured me time and time again that my extended warranty contract was to cover 6 times longer . Paying an extra $2000 for a used vehicle that still had an original warranty along with the 30 day from the dealer warranty might seem silly to some, but just to be sure i would have no issue over the next 4 years on my used chevrolet i bought the extended warranty. i just wanted to check if i could use the warranty i bought only to find out that Jeff had repeatedly lied to me when i asked the specifics about it. i was very careful when i read my contracts and Jeff ( the owner) was the one who wrote everthing up and sat through my questions and signing. iknow that used car salesman are the worst to deal with but this place topped the charts. Jeff and his son Charlie both still work there together and i just want everyone to know not to deal with this place. If you can avoid it, do so for yourself. Pros: Very nice, but only in the beginning Cons: Dishonest, will say anything to make a sale. Even LIE like they did to me more
