On May 4, I came in to have an EGR unit replaced. Also, while I was there to have my rear brakes checked for squealing. I went outside to decide where to go for breakfast. Your customer service agent(forgot his name) came out to the street with my rear wheel drum in his hand to tell me and show me the problem. It was the dust from the brake shoes, we will clean it out which will correct it. I thought that was a caring thought to come to the street curb and give me that information. This is what I call really caring about the customer. It turned out the primary job was finished in record time that I was able to drive to the eatery.
