Terrible Experience at Autohaus Bayern! 6/10/2007

I cannot stress more NOT to use Autohaus Bayern for those reading reviews trying to find a good repair show for their foreign car besides using the dealer. I took my 2000 528i BMW in for some preventative maintenance work on the cooling system. Well, they opened the garage door to that bay not realizing that my trunk being opened with the car high enough up on the lift would be in the way of the bay door. It crunched my trunk and caused significant damage. Pros: None but I guess they at least paid for the repairs and supplied a rental car. Cons: Unethical Practices, Not Truthful more
