You will not get the money your trade in is worth, then your car will never be the same once in service, and then you are spoken down to as if you are a second class citizen.\r

The lugs on my car where not tight, then I called and I got an attitude questioning if I had touched them....Does that make sense? Yes sir, I decided that I wanted to have my tire loose because I craved the taste of a tree by having my tire fall off.\r
