Autocraft Paint & Body Works

Yakima Autocraft is awful. They are responsive and they flood you with updates (often two people calling you with the same information) but they do shoddy work. My hood was seated incorrectly on my car, my dash wasn't properly assembled, it took them three weeks longer to complete the repairs than they estimated, and to top it all off I couldn't start the car when I got there because it was out of gas! I called the shop the next morning and spoke to Zed, the Manager there, and he informed me that they don't put fuel in customer cars. Even though they drove it to other shops (because they couldn't fully complete the repairs themselves) they ran it completely out of gas and left it for me on empty. \r \r DO NOT use this shop. more

I had my car towed to this shop and had since had to spend thousands in repairs that the shop did not find. I was initially told that my car would be ""restored to its original factory condition."" This is obviously not the case. Pros: reasonably priced Cons: did not complete job more
