I've been dealing with AutoCraft for at least fifteen years. They have been dependable and honest, trying their best to do the work as economically as possible. No hidden fees or surprises when the work is done. more

The guys at Autocraft have worked on all three of our vehicles and we have never been dissatisfied. They never do work that doesn't need to be done and when money is tight this is very important. We were a three generation family that used Autocraft until my father passed away 4 years ago and if I have my way we will have many more generations coming in. Thanks for the great work!!! more

I have gone to Autocraft for about 16 years and I have never had a bad experience! There is never a good time for a car repair which makes it all the more important to not doubt the advice or workmanship you are needing. I can honestly say you will not find a company that is more honest and concerned about your needs than Autocraft! I just wanted to say thank you AutoCraft, your excellent service and impeccable honesty is greatly appreciated. As you may know, my Dad, Frank Zangar owned Zangar's Auto in Spokane for 40+ years, after he couldn't do automotive work anymore he chose you to be his mechanic. He was very particular and always had wonderful things to say about you. After he was gone my Mom continued to trade with you and I was always impressed with how well she was treated and never taken advantage of. I worked for my Dad for 6 years and after he sold out I worked for 2 different companies doing auto repair and left both due to their dishonesty. So needless to say I was hesitant to let anyone work on my cars. After you had treated my Mom so well I started bringing my cars to you 8 years ago now (since I no longer have the time or tools to do the work myself). You have worked on my cars, my wifeâ??s car and now you have worked on all 3 of our daughterâ??s cars. We have always been treated fairly and I know for a fact, never taken advantage of. It is hard to find in todayâ??s world someone who you would consider honest and beyond reproach, Auto Craft is one of the few (if not the only company) that I would give my personal word you will be treated honestly and fairly. They will do what is needed and needed only, if they say it needs replaced I would guarantee it needs replaced. I send all of my family there and all my friends too. I took time to write this because in todayâ??s world, I feel we need to honor those who do what is right, and it is my way of thanking them for the great service they have provided me and my family for over 8 years. I have been using AutoCraft for about 20 years now, mainly because you can trust the quality of their work 100-percent. When I first moved up here, I tried several different auto shops and found that they were the best: upfront from the beginning and I liked their work. They have done a variety of jobs for me over the years, from changing radiators to swapping out the engine to replacing the water pump and fuel pump. I have only had one minor issue that I had to take back to them, and they fixed it immediately. I also really like the people at AutoCraft. They have great mechanics who know what they are doing and have been with them a long time. The fact that AutoCraft keeps their mechanics tells me that the mechanics like working there. I recommend AutoCraft because they do great work and you do not have to worry about being overcharged. They do the work at a fair price. Terry Haile more

I first used AutoCraft many years ago because a gentleman whom I worked with at Hewlett Packard recommended them and I trusted his judgment. I have been going to AutoCraft ever since, for most of the cars I have had. As a woman on my own, I trust them and believe that they will not do work that does not need to be done. They are wonderful, honest, straightforward people. I appreciate that they always call me first to advise me before doing any work on the car. They know what they are doing, they do it well, and they are fast. more
