Autocall Auto Repair Center

This place could have been the best auto repair shop I've been to in Vegas until their employees decided to take on more than they could handle. I went in around 11 am to get my A/C recharged to get ready for the summer and since I thought maybe the do-it-yourself kits didn't work and they had their A/C special, ($30) I thought I would give it a shot. After waiting around for about an hour, the mechanic comes in and tells me that it wasn't the charge, but it was 2 parts that weren't working properly (surprise, another $400). They tell me that it would take about 2 hours to install and since I had my newborn daughter with me, I didn't want to make her (and the other customers) suffer, so I told them I would take her to the babysitter and come back in about an hour. *I even asked TONY if it was alright that I took her home while he ordered the parts and had them delivered, he said NO PROBLEM after returning to the shop around 130 PM, they were shocked that I came back and said that they didn't order the parts because they thought I took off and wasn't coming back :| TONY said that he didn't order the parts because of that and that he would order them right away about an hour and a half later, I ask the female about how much longer until my car is ready and since she didn't know, she had to ask TONY. She comes back and says that he ordered the part about 10 MINUTES AGO and that it would be here shortly ARE YOU KIDDING?!?! I'VE BEEN HERE FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS AND YOU JUST ORDERED THE PART?!?! fine. So I wait and wait and wait and finally 330 comes around and I have to reschedule my Mother's Day gift to my because I could not take her to get her massage I step outside and what do I see? MY CAR IN THE SAME PLACE THAT I PARKED IT SERIOUSLY!?!? So I text my wife and ask her after she gets off work to either come pick me up or just wait until my car is ready she gets there around 445PM and I ask should I go home or should I just stay TONY said the mechanic said it would be ANOTHER 2 HOURS! But they would ""stay as late as possible to make sure all the cars get done BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO COME IN ON SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!!"" WHAT?!?????? ugh fine. So I go home and await his call. :| 6PM rolls around and I get a call ""hey, are you on your way?"" my reply is ""no, should I be?"" TONY says ""no, the mechanic said it would be ANOTHER 2 HOURS!!!!"" WHAT?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! at this point I am fed up so I just say whatever and call me when it is actually ready (if you are keeping track of time, my 2 hour A/C repair has turned in to a 5 hour job) 9PM yes, 9!!! TONY calls again. ""your car is ready"" I head over there to pick up my car get there around 930PM MY CAR IS STILL NOT READY BECAUSE IT IS ""HOOKED UP TO THE A/C MACHINE"" WHAT?! HE SAID IT WAS READY! :| another 25 minutes pass and the mechanic finally brings it around the front so yes, 955PM my 2 hour job turned in to a 9 hour job and my $400 parts/labor turned in to a $495 job! WHAT?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? He said that he ""took $100"" off because it went over the estimated cost I'm sorry if you got bored reading my rant but this place is ridiculous and just because the mechanic accepted too many cars and they did not want to work on Saturday. Pathetic Inexcusable NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! more

Make SURE you fully understand exactly what they are going to do or more importantly; NOT DO; before you agree to service. Wasn't explained fully that a vital part would not be included which cut the warranty in half until after the service was performed. more

Real simple. I've had oil changes my whole life, obviously, and most have been a bad experience. Especially in the past, customer service is something that you just don't find anymore, and I'm talking even in the large corporate chains. The customer doesn't seem to be the number one priority. Going to Autocall, I found that they were very courteous, and I was their first priority. I made an appointment, and they made sure it was kept, and the service was performed in an extraordinary matter of time. I was very pleased. I've taken several of my cars there on multiple days, and the exact same experience repeats. I will, and I have already, recommend them to some of my friend and family. Dave Brown more

I first took my car to AutoCall because they could squeeze me in to clean my engine compartment on a Saturday. After working with Frank on this transaction I brought my car back for some minor maintenance that was over two years ago. Now, AutoCall does all of my vehicle repairs, most of my husbands repairs, and most of the repairs on 4 of my friends cars needless to say we love the folks over at AutoCall. They always treat us fairly, explain things so that they are understandable to everyone, get repairs done in a timely fashion and ALWAYS provide the replaced part for your inspection. The prices are very fair and the service is unbeatable! Sometimes you even get the car back with a complementary wash. more

The total experience with Autocall Auto Repair was a little lengthy, but it was not their fault. They had to wait on the Hyundai dealer to get them the parts, and that took longer than expected. It was my first time using Autocall, and the car is running better now. Frank is an honest person. more

Great service -- I will definitely bring my lexus here for all services. Ceci Portillo, the service advisor was very informative and helpful from the beginning when I called to inquire about my 30K maintenance service. The prices are very fair and reasonable and I would highly recommend this auto repair company to everyone! more

Now that i have found AUTOCALL i will have no more worries that my car will brake. Whenever i need my car repaired Autocall always works with me whethter i have to work or go to an appiontment, they pickup and deliver my car to me and they returned my car fully detailed inside and out now that is service. more

They are the best mechanics I have ever gone to. I would give them the highest rating on every category. They were really good on price, the were very friendly, and they even gave me a free car wash -- inside and out. Autocall was really awesome, and will always go back to them for everything. Autocall Auto Repair is the only shop we will go to because Frank is the most honest mechanic in the Las Vegas area. He does a terrific job and he guarantees everything. He is the best mechanic around. He always makes sure you are satisfied, and if not, he fixes it. As far we are concerned, Autocall is the only shop we will go to. Frank is great. He has done work on both our car and truck. We have had no problems with his work. It is hard to find a good mechanic. We have had experiences with bad mechanics in the past, and Frank is wonderful.
