This shop is the worst shop I have ever done business with. My husband was rear ended and Liberty Mutual told us to take it to Autobody America. So we did. It needed to be torn down which Liberty Mutual said they would be paid to do. It had other damage to sliding door and window. Perry Alexander the general manager told me that if they tear it down they were going to fix it. Not happening. Our vehicle is paid for and if we choose to fix it or not fix it that is our business. We may are may not get the van fixed but regardless of that we do need to be paid for ALL our property damage, We took it today to Mid Tenn Ford on Spence Lane. We have never had a problem with their service and I told them what Autobody America did and they were shocked. They said as long as they got paid for the tear down the vehicle that was all that mattered. Alexander does not get to tell a customer that they have to get their vehicle fixed regardless of whether they want to do or not or they won't do the estimate. The vehicle is paid for and we are not required to get it fixed. Perry Alexander is not going to tell me what to do or not with our property. Who the heck does he think he is. Alexander when you start paying my bills I will let you have some say so until then do what you get paid to do. Not a good idea to this woman what to do. Your barking up the wrong tree here. I recommend Shawn McCoin for manager. He knows what he is doing. You need to take some training in customer satisfaction. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!!
