Interior detail was fine. Exterior was very lacking and the owner wasn't all that interested in making it right.

Top notch paint work 1/23/2008

I had my scuffed bumper refinished at Autobella Lake Oswego, they did a fantastic job, I was a bit nervous as other detail type shops do not offer this service, it looked as if it never happened. Perfectionists. Pros: Timely & quality repair Cons: These guys are busy.... more

No more door dings 1/17/2008

Larry at autobella in Lake Oswego figured out that I'm a picky person. I needed 3 small (almost invisible) door dings removed, he made sure that there were no signs of damage when he was done. It looked like it never happened. This ding removal service is great. I will be coming back in to have my bumper refinished in the spring. Pros: Amazing ding removal service more

We are in town from Bellevue & tried Autobella, we really enjoyed the service that Tom delivered. We do not own a fancy car but were really impressed by the way we were treated, we felt very comfortable and will be telling our friends in Bellevue to use Autobella if they are in Portland in the future. Stinky Mold Smell Gone 1/17/2008

I took my stinky car that smelled like wet mold into autobella, they dried it out and detailed the interior. All the mold is gone, they also told me that if the smell came back to come by and they would re-apply an enzyme. autobella's people seem to know alot about this dangerous problem. Reflections Detail and the owner Jake ROCK! 10/20/2007

Jake is professional and his work is excellent. His customer service was great and he worked me into a busy schedule and got the job completed in a timely manner. The car looked great and it sold in one day - the buyer was impressed that a 1997 Land Rover Defender could like that "clean!" His price was very fair. I would recommend Reflections Detail to anybody because the owner understands the true meaning of service, believe me, that is sometimes hard to find in Portland. Pros: Everything Cons: NONE more

Dangerous Mold Removed 9/5/2007

If you have a mold problem in your car take it to these people, they seem to understand how to correctly remove mold with out leaving unwanted coverup smells. We had a leaky subaru wagon, Autobella tracked down the leak and fixed it then detailed the interior beyond what we expected. Pros: they know their stuff Cons: none more

Very Impressive 9/5/2007

We live in the Los Angles area and have never experienced the top notch quality & service of a detail shop like Autobella. Our Range Rover had taken a dirty ride on I-5 and needed a good detail, Autobella definatley took care of that. They were able to fit us into their schedule at the last minute. Excellent Job. Pros: Quality & Quick Service !! Cons: could'nt find any more

No customer service! 8/23/2007

I made an appointment to have my Mercedes detailed and a windshield chip fixed. I arrived on time and the shop was closed. I called both of Autobella's telephone numbers and got their answering machine. I left my name and number twice. I was never called back. My time is valuable and not only did Autobella waste it they weren't even professional enough to return my call and tell me why. Pros: Unknown as they never showed up. Cons: They don't keep their appointments or return phone calls. more

Don't balk at the prices; You'll get what you pay for. 7/15/2007

So I drove a gentleman's new car from New Jersey to Seattle. Somewhere between the mosquito ridden Illinois humidity and the military compounded deserts of Idaho the once spotless car acquired a layer of filth not becoming of first impressions. I was skeptical about the $50 price tag attached to what seemed would only be a "basic" wash and vacuum, but was pressed for time and went with it. Needless to say I was thoroughly impressed with the end result. Autobella's owner was knowledgeable, honest, up front, confident in his business' work and friendly to boot. The owner of the car was thrilled, I was relieved, and Autobella has a repeat client. That is, if I ever get a car. Pros: Excellent work; Prompt; Friendly; Local Cons: A bit pricey for some, but you will get what you pay for. more

WELL WORTH THE MONEY 7/8/2007

I bought a used car that reeked of cigarette smoke and a gross, cloying fragrance. Within four hours Autobella made the car smell fresh and pleasant and did a nice detail job on the interior. Very nice staff, honest, no-nonsense approach and although they aint cheap, it was well worth the money! Pros: Great work, honest and friendly service Cons: Pricey but ultimately worth it more

Incredible Work 6/28/2007

We've had our 2002 Lexus RX300 since new and after 74,000 miles, it was time to give her some love. Detailz did a fantastic job on the Lexus and even got the wheel wells (a funky rubber material that traps dirt like crazy) looking brand new. Every nook and crevice imaginable looked perfect. Will definitely go back again and highly recommend them. Pros: The finished product, customer service, and the price was right, too. Cons: A little slow on the turn around but given the final result, more than worth it. more

They will make your car look brand new 5/17/2007

After giving up on the fact that I could not clean the water spots on my car I knew it was time to get my car detailed. I ended up taking my car to Autobella and I'm happy to say they got rid of those spots. The cleaned everything, even under the hood. I was so impressed the next day I took my wife's truck in. Are vehicles look brand new. The owners are friendly and helpful too! more

We took our Nissan Armada to Autobella to get detailed because it hadn't had a detail since we bought it four years ago. Yes, it needed it badly. Autobella made made it look like a new car again. Before the detail my husband was talking about buying a new truck. I think I've convinced him to keep his Armada for at least another year because it looks like new again. Well worth the money. Auto Detailing -- AWESOME!! 4/21/2007

Just got my 06 4Runner back from Autobella in the rain but the car looks great. There was a scheduling mixup but they made time for my car and it looks absolutely beautiful. Definitely going to come back every 6 months for the complete detail and looking forward to getting the car washed at their Lake Oswego store. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for your car detailed. Pros: Great customer service, high quality work, easy to find more

Auto Detailing 3/10/2007

Black cars are hard to keep looking good...they are even harder to detail. Tom and the guys at Autobella in Lake Oswego did a great job on my VW R32. I had a few minor indentations that were fixed and the Black Magic Pearl paint shines like new again. Best of all, they didn't leave a bunch of white waxing compound in all the cracks and seams in the car, which is truly indicative of the word *detailing*. Good job guys...I will definitely see you again and would be happy to refer people to you...even the really picky ones! Pros: Customer service and work quality Cons: None noted more
