Autobahn Service Ctr Inc

I took my Porsche to them to have the check engine light diagnosed and repaired. After many attempts to repair it and my paying them $713.09, they say they don't know how to repair it, and no, I cannot get a refund. I have a complaint filed with BBB, but Autobahn never responded to them. I am also looking into small claims court. Future customers beware!!! more

I have a late model Audi, which I truly love. I've been taking my car to these guys for a couple of years now and they have always provided great service and very fair rates. Having an older car, I appreciate their willingness to diagnose problems and develop a sort of priority and timeline for dealing with them. After all, this is a twelve year old car. Recently, my car developed a severe oil leak. I was actually out of town and took it to another shop. They were unable to diagnose the problem - or rather they told me something that turned out to be wrong. I took the car into Autobahn and they spent a ton of time diagnosing the problem. At first it looked minor, and then it looked major, and then it turned out to be something else entirely. They spent a ton of time making sure that I didn't spend unnecessary money fixing the car and in reality, paying them for repairs that I didn't need. Great service. Great outcome. Customer for as long as I have my car and live in the area. more
