I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Auto Xtend. Marlaina is very friendly and did everything she could to make my experience perfect. Having car trouble is not something anyone looks forward to, and it is such a relief to know the experts at this shop are willing to help. The employees are very knowledgeable and extremely patient! Car talk might as well be a foreign language to me, but Marlaina and Scott took their time to explain everything in a way that I was able to understand. more

100,000 mile service 4/21/2013

Not only did they do excellent work on my car. They loaned me a car until they were done with the work on mine! You don't hear of this anymore! They spoke to me with respect and answered all my questions. Being newly divorced with 3 children, I have come to dread any reason I have to have my car looked at. I even learned how to change my own brakes. The typical response that I receive at a garage is "well little lady with a stream of unnecessary repairs to follow" AutoXtend was a refreshing change. I will take all my car care needs to them. more
