Absolutely horrendous and corrupt service; DO NOT bring your car here. I had already heard bad things about this place before I brought my car here. My father had a car repaired here a few years ago, and when he looked at the bill afterwards, they had one item charged for replacement which apparently includes several smaller items, and then BESIDES that item several of the smaller sub-items were CHARGED SEPARATELY AS THEIR OWN ITEMS. more

I'm a road warrior who puts on a lot of miles every year and therefore spend a great deal of time in my car for work. I can't afford to be without my car (2008 Nissan) and historically took my cars back to the dealership. Someone mentioned this place (Greenspring Shell) to me and I tried them out. The fact that they were AAA approved made me feel comfortable about dealing with them too. more

They don't know what they are doing there. I took my truck there because it was pulling to the left. They told me I needed this and that and it'd be 800 bucks. So i said ok if you say so. Picked the truck up and it drove fine, no pulling anymore. the next morning driving to work, i tap the brakes and something snaps and ITS PULLING TO THE LEFT AGAIN. I took it back there to see what they did- they wanted another 800 to fix it again! i took it some where else- they said i needed new brake hardware, charged me 40 bucks and the truck drives fine now. This place is a scam- dont go. more

Shysters!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! Took my car there for a basic inspection. The car was perfect and already had an out of state inspection done recently. They failed the cars inspection and said it needed about 2,000 dollars worth of work to get it done. This car only has 40,000 miles on it and has never been in any accidents. After picking up my car, there was a serious leak that they caused to get me to pay for things it didnt need. They bent my transmission dipstick so I cant check my fluid. There was also money missing from my cupholder. They stole 2 of my kids toys as well. They pray on white collar people and try and get over on all the Jewish community in the area because they think we dont know any better. Brought the car somewhere else after I fixed what they broke and it passed on the first shot. THIEFS!!!!!!!! more

This station is convenient for me. Eric always gives a detailed explanation prior to work being done. Have spoken with mechanic myself for further understanding. Prices were comparable to dealership, certified parts used and vehicle was repaired. When there was a problem a week later, they worked with me to figure it out and they said they learned something new about my vehicle that will help others. This is not a bargain shop and you get what you pay for. Should offer more specials to regular customers. They have serviced three cars for me and all were repaired excellently. I took my car to be serviced here because it need an out of state inspection. They wanted to charge me $180 to replace a bolt on my battery and turn a screw on my fog lamp.
