Hubs & I went to GO Toyota Scion Arapahoe to check out on a vehicle we have been eyeing. We met Roger Ragan who is one of the Internet Sales Associate who we have been communicating about the vehicle we want before we came.
There are alot of potential customers when we arrived. Let alone they have a kiddy place where the kids can just play or watch some cartoon, while waiting for their parents to finish talking to the respective vehicle dealers.
Then you can go to the FREE section where you can get FREE coffee, tea, bottled water, popcorns, muffins, bagels at the SNACKS section inside. Its free-flow for the potential customers to drink or have a bite while waiting for the discussion with their respective Sales Associate.
First and foremost, I was indeed impressed with the space of this Automative Dealer. Roger greeted us. The way he approach us was indeed pleasant. I like it when you feel comfortable and at ease when talking to someone, who you met for the first time. Coz it makes it easier to entrust that person for something that is as important as purchasing a BRAND NEW Vehicle.
I know when you purchase a vehicle from that person, he or she is entitled with certain of the sales commission. I like it, when the person you deal with, KNOWS about the vehicle and not being pushy or snobby. We went for a test drive. He shows us the differences of the same model of vehicle, from all the color options they have but with slight differences of components, parts etc etc. Coz we want SPECIFIC items/components on That Vehicle. After all the questions we have in mind, the discussions about That Vehicle and Roger answered them excellently plus going thru all the paper work, we signed on the dotted line for THAT vehicle.
Then came to Brenden Carlson, who is the Finance Manager. He explained to us thoroughly all the details about the vehicle too and all the further procedure etc etc.
All in all I am satisfied not only with the customer service they provide to us.
