Editorial review from Citysearch 8/10/2013

Really good car buying experience. I am one that does not like to buy cars - all the back and worth. This was easy transaction. The whole team was great to work with - good price, no pressure. One issue with paperwork, but was fixed quickly.\r \r Jeffw more

Fix Or Repair Daily 10/11/2011

I purchased a brand new 2008 V6 Mustang on Jan. 06, 2008. It was beautiful, I love the ""muscle"" cars, love my mustang, had a V8 prior to this one. Within 11 months of owning my brand new V6, I had to replace the battery. A year after that, I had to replace the thermostat. 5 months after that I had to replace the thermostat housing unit! REALLY?!!!!. Needless to say, my american dream was leaving a very bad taste in my mouth, but I continued forward. Then in May 2011, just 2 months after replacing the thermostat housing unit, my transmission went bye bye!!!! Are you kidding me? So, I talked with my service advisor, his supervisor, the manager at the dealership, Ford Customer Service and guess what?........ There's nothing they can do to help me with the repairs! I asked them to please check out the plant my vehicle came out of just in case there was some other vehicles with the same issue.....NO, just mine. I said this is NOT normal for a 3 year old car, but after 3 purchases, excellent payments, they still won't help me. Even after my husband told me NOT to buy a Ford, I did it anyway. They claim to be american made, well when did Japan become American? A few of the Fusions have transmissions build in Japan, HHHMMMMM, I wonder why? Oh maybe because they last longer? So Team Ford of Marietta, thanks for the piece of .... and for not helping me! Found On Road Dead, Fix Or Repair Daily. My husband and my father warned me about Ford and now my american dream is sitting in my driveway.....funny even though I start it up weekly to make sure it doesn't just sit there, today it wouldn't start!!!!! Big surprise!!!Didn't my tax dollars bail you guys out? Where's my bailout? I offered to pay labor if Ford purchases/replaces transmission. They STILL won't help! Hope you crooks sleep well and have a beautiful life knowing what you did to a person who was nothing but loyal to the American Company!!! LOL on American. more

Always a pleasure!! 10/3/2011

I have bought many vehicles from Team Ford now. I have bought many in my life and Team Ford is by far the best experience I have every had! Derek Cates is always my salesperson. I live long distance and I choose to buy fom him and ship the vehicles for my company rather then buy local simply for the great customer service he provides! more

Professional, Friendly and Ethical 10/2/2011

Like a lot of people, I would rather go to the dentist than buy a vehicle, however, Team Ford of Marietta made the process almost painless. This is the second time I have bought an automobile from Team Ford. Nine years ago, I bought my Ford Explorer, and it was the best car I have owned thus far. When it came time to purchase another vehicle, I automatically went back to Team Ford of Marietta. This time, I purchased a Ford Expedition, and I absolutely love it! Derek Cates, my salesperson, was recommended to me by a friend who has also bought a couple of vehicles from Team Ford. Derek was not pushy and listened to what I wanted, which is one of the best traits of a salesperson. Team Ford's business manager, Mike, was a delight to work with, and he went the extra mile to suggest different financing options that were in my better interest. As a female, the perception is that a car dealership can take advantage of her if she goes through the buying process herself. Although I was very well prepared when I went into Team Ford, I felt that Derek and Mike were ethical and honest. I hope to own my new Expedition for several years, and when it comes time to buy another one, I will most definitely go back to Team Ford of Marietta. more

Scott Patterson is the worst Sales Manager I have seen 6/18/2011

I completely agree with Hilltop. I had the same exact experience today. Scott (Team ford of Marietta Used Car Manager) is by far the worst used car manager I have seen. He called me a ""freestyle buyer"" in my face. He started intervening in the last minute where the deal was finalized and 99.5% sealed and eventhough I insisted on talking to the sales rep I was dealing with all along he said ""I make the call of whether you get to buy this vehicle"". All this happened because I showed my discontent in paying $600 as documentation fee. Its the ploy they use to make up for the amount they lost in base price due to haggling and charge exhorbitant documentation fees. Due to Scott's horrible behavior and pathetic attitude, I walked out from the deal in the final stages. I would rather not buy from a dealership with a Manager like that. God knows how they will treat me after I buy the vehicle. I hope Team Marietta takes cognizance of Scott's poor customer service and disrespectful attitude. Team Ford of Marietta will continue losing customers until Scott Patterson is shown the door and you have lost a customer in me forever. more

Used car Manager Scott Patterson is NOT #Winning!! 6/4/2011

Plain and simple: DON'T WORK w/ SCOTT PATTERSON used car manager!! WORST Customer service Award goes to ---->> Scott Patterson (TeamFord of Marietta Manager) <<---- he is absolutely horrible!!! Guys like this are the reason why car salesmen have such a bad rep!! Way to go Scott. You SUCK!!! The most un-professional person I have ever met. (Uncalled for comments, eating cheetos and drinking soda in front of clients while signing contracts, VERY disrespectful...No value for giving customer service.) He almost put my mother in tears and called her ""Dude"". more

Best Dealership in Atlanta 5/14/2011

Just purchased a pre-owned Taurus, had a trade...this was the easiest transaction ever! NO BS! Great offer for my trade the first time, and a great price on the Taurus. Follow up after the sale has been great. If you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle or a new Ford, this is the Dealership....don't even bother wasting your time other places...do your homework and go buy your car...you won't regret it. more

Worst dealer ever 4/25/2011

I walked in saying that i was shopping around for a used mustang convertible. Sied said that they did not have one available and had me set down and fill out some papers and they could locate me one. I filled out everything and he gave me a keys and told me to go take and hardtop they had on the lot for a test drive. He also asked for my keys to my car. I took the car around the block and it was ok but not what I was looking for but he already knew that. I went back and he is asking how i like the car and i tell him. Then he goes on about how he as worked up a deal and the payment will be ect. I don't want they car. He says this is what they have and the deal is worked out so what is the problem. Then they loose my keys. I took me an hour to get out of there all the time being bullied by the sales and management into a car i did not want in the first place. I went to Greene Ford in Gainesville and found an awesome deal on a 2010 Mustang Covetable. more

GREAT SALES ASSOCIATE 8/19/2009

Overall the sales experience was excellent. My sales associate (Mark Bousquet) was great at all aspects of the sale. He help me in the selection of the vehicle, the sales price negotiation, and the financing options as well. This was also very good due to the fact he had several customers at the dealership, but managed to ensure that my pruchase went well. I would recommend Mark and his Team Ford Staff to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. Pros: GREAT OVERALL SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. VERY NICE DEALERSHIP more
