Had a great experience buying a Ford Taurus form Andrew and Gary; They honored the Internet price that was on their site. (which surprised me) I wanted to surprise the wife with the ford she wanted. I found the vehicle I wanted by way of a google search for used cars. I arranged an appointment to see the car with Doug Schleich. He, along with the finance guru there, was very professional and did all they could to help me since I am not from the US but am from Canada. I just had to wait for my money to be transferred down to my bank in Florida. They were very gracious and waited the extra couple days it took. When I went to pick up the car Doug took all the time necessary to go over all the paperwork involved. I'm trying to look for a new vehicle. A family member referred me to the Auto Nation Ford in Brooksville. I decided to stop in after class to see the new mustangs. When I arrived, I was greeted by Chris Hendricks, who is very friendly and knowledgeable about the mustangs. Chris found the mustang I wanted and got with Lee (manger) to gather the pricing. He then showed me estimated payments on the mustang I wanted. Even though I did not buy a car that day, they gave me all the information necessary to make a well informed decision.
