I recently purchased a new car from Auto Nation. It was probably one of the best experiences I have had in buying a new car. The salesman Jesse Bradway, was extremely knowledgeable, and got me a ""SWEET"" deal. A excellent warranty! The financing department was excellent and I had less then perfect credit. Then they had a game going on where we picked cards and I got to pick 2, The first one was 50.00 dollars and because it was red I got to pick another. The second was 75.00. Nice 125.00. I really enjoyed my experience. You know what else I will be enjoying? Driving my nice new car. Thanks to everyone at Auto Nation on Arapahoe. I worked with Shawn Strain and Jordan Vanvoorst to purchase a new van. They made the process low pressure and actually no haggle. I received more than expected on my trade and the finance process was simple with no hidden surprises. All of the staff at Auto Nation Dodge Ram Arapahoe was super friendly. These guys are proof that cur buying can actually be an enjoyable experience. They treat their customers with respect and really just want their customers to be happy with their purchase. I highly recommend working with Shawn or Jordan. I will be back there for future purchases. more

I traded in my old 98 dodge for a new Ram 1500, I was greeted by Tom Freeman and he welcomed me to the dealership and treated me like a person and not a car deal like I was treated at other dealerships, we spent a lot of time looking for the perfect truck and he did not try to push me into something I did not want, he even went out of his way to pick up the truck I wanted from there other store, everybody at Autonation Dodge Ram where very helpful and kind. I would have given Autonation Dodge Ram and Tom Freeman 10 stars if I could, Thanks for everything guys.\r \r P.S. I love my new truck!!! more

I went in looking for a 2013 2500 ST for a work truck but ended up buying a SLT for a very good price (I could not pass it up) Tom Freeman was my salesman and I will not go to anyone else from here on out. Everyone there where very easy to deal with and willing to help in any way they could. I Highly recommend Autonation Dodge Ram and Tom Freeman if your looking for a new or used vehicle. more

I could not ask for a better car buying experience! I bought a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 at the offsite sale in june, and my sales person, Tom Freeman answered every question I had about the vehicle and between him and the management team, I was in and out in only 2 hours!!! and thats with going through finance and buying a warranty! these guys are respectful, polite, proffessionals that will always go the extra mile to make sure that people get the best price in town! I am very impressed with the people of AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe and I will never again purchase a vehicle anywhere else! \r more

We were in this dealership for a defective vehicle trade through Chrysler which took over two years to complete with Chrysler. We had originally found a replacement vehicle at another dealership, but they were not willing to process the paperwork since they technically did not make any money on the deal. The service manager and our sales rep at Go Dodge Arapahoe found a comparable vehicle for us on their lot. The dealership completed all the tedius and technical paperwork for the trade, and went above and beyond what was expected. We will continue to use this dealership for future purchases, and will bring our current vehicle in for service. more

My Husband and I just bought two 2012 Dodge Trucks and it was the best experience we have ever had with a dealership! From Bobby Hong, to the sales manager, to the finance manager...it was all a breeze and a lot of fun! I would recommend anyone and everyone to buy a truck from them! Especially Mr. Bobby Hong...he is very knowledgable, respectful, and never once threw out one of those cheesy sales pitches! Overall we had a blast buying the trucks! more

TERRIBLE PLACE BEWARE!!! 7/13/2011

Dropped our truck of for a 90,000 mile service, at the end of the day we were informed that they were not able to preform our service due to sick calls that day. They told us that they would keep it overnight and preform the work in the morning, well next day comes and at 11 am we get a call that our truck is missing.....yes GONE!!!!! They assured us that they had followed security protocol and locked our keys up in the lock box overnight so either they are lying and left our keys in the truck in the yard or an employee with access stole our vehicle!!!!!!! Best part is they are not liable because of the release you sign when you drop your vehicle off for service. We can't get anyone to call us back, they have been hugely unsympathetic, unapologetic and flat out avoiding us. Completely unwilling to work with us at all after losing our truck due to their negligence!!!!! Do not use this dealership!!!!! This is not our first bad experience just the worst and last they are not nice people and hugely unprofessional. more
