Way to go 5/4/2010

rene did the work order and advised me as to the time of arrival of parts for window repairs. he kept me informed and went to great lengths to get my car ready and back to good as new. also, I have to put in a "way-to-go" to the manager for helping me to understand how things done properly take a little more time. Excellent 5/4/2010

Mike in service was excellent to deal with. I needed extra help with a rent car and they got me one from enterprise at a really good rate. My van was finished the next day and my bill was exactly what they estimated my repairs would be. Good job mike Thanks Rebecca? more
