This is one fantastic store. I found them on the internet. I checked out their products, compared their instruments to ones I had seen other places. I wanted an inexpensive instrument but of good quality. I wanted a specific brand, color. I found all of that there and more. The tone to the instrument is lovely, it has great hand appeal, the gig bag came with it and is fantastic. I ordered the instrument on Sunday evening, it was shipped on Monday, and I had it in my hands on Thursday. I shopped around for a while and found this autoharp store. I gave them a call to figure out which autoharp i might want (since i have never played / know nothing about) and they helped me figure out what i needed. After placing my order, I found it a little cheaper on another site, and saw autoharpstore's price match garantee...so i gave them a call again and they were happy to match the price! Then I called to see if someone could help me pick out the perfect instrument. The customer service rep was a very good listener, listened to my needs, and helped me pick out the least expensive autoharp for my needs.
