A professional, prompt, courteous service. 5/15/2015

We were on vacation from Texas when we needed to replace our windshield. Autoglass Express showed up when they said they would, and they even took the time to transfer over our registration stickers on the old windshield. Good service, and good price, though I didn't have much to compare it with. more

Professional, installed quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. No complaints! 4/30/2015

Autoglass Express came to my house to take care of the glass repair. They came out right away and it was an easy process. I've used them before and have been with them for about four years, so I knew they were good. Once they were done, they gave me instructions on how to care for it, and it was all ready to go! more

I would absolutely recommend Autoglass Express. Their service is just incredible. Their prices are good and the quality of their work is top notch. They just do a great job. I've used them a couple of times and just recently had them replace my windshield. Alan and Brian are professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. more

Autoglass Expressed came to my home to replace my windshield. Alan was timely and efficient. He had the entire thing completed in an hour and did a wonderful job. This was first time using them but I would not hesitate to use them again. more

Would definitely use them again 6/9/2014

Autoglass Express is terrific. I was able to get an immediate quote upon calling them and they were able to replace my car window within an hour. The quoted price matched what I got charged and the workmanship was excellent. I like their customer service and they were able to answer all of my questions. more

Beautiful work and great service. 6/4/2014

This is my fourth time using Autoglass Express, and I'm very pleased. They're very conveniently located to where I live, and I'm a USAA client, and Autoglass is on their approved board. The location and the fact that my company works with them was enough to get me to use their services. The work turned out beautiful, and the guys have been great to work with. A windshield in my boat exploded after we hit something, and they came and worked on that. They had to have it cut by someone down in Sacramento since it was a shatterproof glass. The ones they sent didn't work twice, and Brian from Autoglass finally gave them an actual diagram of what we needed and it finally fit. It was a total success. Their work is great and their services are wonderful, and I would recommend them entirely. more

Excellent service! 6/2/2014

I can't say enough about Autoglass Express! I called them up, and I didn't even have to call my insurance company. They took care of all that. All I had to do was write the check! They took care of everything, and it really impressed me that they took care of the insurance. They were very nice on the phone, and the installer was very polite and very nice. It was taken care of with no fuss, no muss. It was a pleasant experience! No one wants to have to replace a windshield. It's a pain. But with Autoglass, it was just one phone call to take care of everything. They handle things nicely, and I was happy with the experience! more

It was excellent! 3/28/2014

I called Autoglass Express because I had to get my windshield replaced. I found them in the paper and was able to use a coupon. They came right on time and took care of it--they called my insurance company, got the money, sent a guy out to put the window in and there were no problems. Very well handled. I would recommend it because they are so efficient. The main thing I liked was that they helped me with the insurance. All I had to do was okay it. more

Great customer service. Very easy to work with. 3/7/2014

I have absolutely no complaints about Autoglass Express' service. I was down in Yuba city doing research real quick on the internet for a cheap window for my Jeep Wrangler. They had competitive prices and a really nice lady who did the scheduling. I told her my schedule, she helped me out and sent a guy over who was prompt and did the work quickly. He gave me the run down of the work (don't drive it for 24 hours) and the bill. It was very effortless. more

Excellent! 1/22/2014

Autoglass Express came to my house and fixed my windshield. I thought they were pretty quick, and they answered all my questions. Their service was excellent, and my insurance covered it. They came within a couple days of me calling, and they came on time. They did the job to the best of their ability, and they were done within an hour! I didn't know they were going to be so quick! more

Autoglass Express is a good, local company that provides exceptional service. They came in on the dot and did the job with no problems and no messing around. They replaced a windshield for me quickly and efficiently. They were also cheaper than the other places that I called. You can tell that they've been in the business for a long time. Autoglass Express replaced a windshield for me. I was referred to them through my insurance agency. They worked directly with my insurance, so that was convenient. The gentleman who came had twenty-five years of experience under his belt, which really showed in the work he provided. He arrived on time, knew what he was doing, didn't waste any time, and got right to work. He was very personable and professional. He cleaned up after the job was complete. I can't say enough about him. If I needed a glass replacement again, I would call him back in a heart beat. more
