I bought a vehicle from Auto World Sales and Service in Whitehall / Allentown and am very sorry. After owning the vehicle for a week, the engine blew up and needed to be replaced....

I just bought a 2005 Subaru Legacy Outback 3.0R! This is my 4th car in 10 years that I have bought from this dealership. As always, I am really happy with the customer service and I love the selection that they always have. I drive by all the time and am always impressed with the inventory they have. My husband and I just bought a Ford Explorer 2006. LOVE IT! We went there looking for a bigger car but didnt really see anything we liked. Jeremy then showed us the truck that wasn't even out on the lot yet and our jaws dropped. Gorgeous. He helped us get approved and in the range we wanted quick and painless. The process was so simple. The service was great, very friendly, we felt very comfortable in buying with them. We will be back to buy another car from them! more

I recommend Auto world highly to anyone. Just bought a truck from them. The service was excellent and the process easy. They help us out in any way they could and kept me in the monthly payments I wanted. They did everything they could to get us approved and in the truck we fell in love with. Wouldn't of had it any other way. Searching for cars has always been a pain but they made it so easy that I will never go to another dealership. more

Do not buy from this dealer! 6/11/2011

I bought a vehicle from Auto World Sales and Service in Whitehall / Allentown and am very sorry. After owning the vehicle for a week, the engine blew up and needed to be replaced. As the engine was being removed, my mechanic found that a bunch of bolts were missing from the engine. When I brought this to the dealer's attention, he essentially called me a liar and said that he would not reimburse me in any way. Not only did he sell me a broken vehicle, he sold me an UNSAFE vehicle and does not care. If you value your money and safety do not go to this dealer. more
