My parents used to take their cars to Auto Usa all the time. They only fix what needs to be fixed (they don't work on commission, so they don't try to get you to do repairs you don't need). My parents only stopped going because it was too far and always crowded (overcrowded means they're doing something right). I have a new car, so it hasn't needed much maintenance, but after taking it to the dealership and going through all this frustration, I've decided to take it back to Auto Usa, to someone I can know I can trust and won't be overpriced, even if I have to take a day off from work just to do it. It's totally worth it to know I'm going to get hassle-free service! Now, I'm not saying it's not nice having a complimentary loaner car from the dealership, but the slight inconvenience is worth it! Yes, distance is the only reason why it's not 5 stars...
Pros: Honest and nice
Cons: Distance
