AutoTraders was started by the same person who started Twin Pine Auto Sales. While buying our new Honda we found out the whole story. Norm Kurtz started both they have a very long and excellent reputation. We were extremely happy with the service we received and we truly love our new car. Prices were great and the service exceptional. We will go back again when looking for a new vehicle. more

Seems like maybe 1 or 2 reviews are valid. I don't believe the ones in ALL CAPS are valid being as most people that would take the time to put a review up would not type this way. The picture of the vehicle I was interested in had a background of the Twin Pines Auto group which has a very good rep, but it seems kinda shady to me to have a reputable dealership in the background of vehicles your posting. I think ill pass. more

SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS HIDDEN DEALERSHIP 2/20/2012

AUTOTRADERS WAS A LITTLE HARD TO FIND IT IS HIDDEN IN A HISTORIC LOG BUILDING IN THE CENTER OF THE TWIN PINE AUTO COMPLEX. THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION, GREAT PRICES, AND GREAT WARRANTY. THEY HAVE BEEN THERE FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE A GREAT REPUTATION. THEY DONT PUSH OR PRESSURE YOU IN ANY WAY AND THEY TRULY DO WORK WITH YOU. AS SOON AS I FOUND THEM I HAD A GOOD FEELING ABOUT THEM, THEY HAD THE PERFECT CAR AND I LOVE IT. I NEVER FELT RIPPED OFF AND I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND THEM. THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT EXPANDING OR HIRING MORE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT ANOTHER GREEDY CAR DEALER. I DID HAVE TO WAIT BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY BUT SOME DEALER SHIPS I WENT TO THERE WERE GROUPS OF SALES PEOPLE HANGING AROUND WAITING TO POUNCE. IF YOU CAN FIND AUTOTRADERS YOU WILL BE REWARDED. THEY SEEM A LITTLE UNDERSTAFFED BUT EXCELLENT SERVICE, EVEN THOUGH WE DID HAVE TO WAIT FOR HELP WE WILL DEFINITELY RECCOMEND. BEST BEST BEST FROM START TO FINISH AND AFTER 1/26/2012

I SEARCHED EVERYWHERE AND FINALLY FOUND AUTOTRADERS, THEY HAD GREAT CARS, THEY WERE CLEAN AND PRICES SEEMED GREAT. THEY SHOWED ME A CARFAX AND BILLS FOR THEY WORK THEY HAD DONE ON MY CAR. THEY THEN EVEN WORKED WITH ME TO MAKE IT FIT MY LIMITED BUDGET. THEY PROVIDED A 3MONTH/5,000 MILE WARRANTY AND I WAS SO HAPPY TO GET IN MY CAR AT A PAYMENT I COULD AFFORD. I GOT SO MUCH MORE THAN I EXPECTED. ABOUT A MONTH LATER MY REAR WINDOW STOPPED WORKING I CALLED AND THEY HAD ME BRING IT IN AND THEY FIXED IT FOR FREE. EVERYTIME I GO IN THEY SEEM BUSY SO I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT. THAT IS THE ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT I HAVE. BUT THEY ARE WELL WORTH THE WAIT more

I WISH I FOUND THEM SOONER 1/18/2012

MY FAMILY AND I HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT FROM AUTOTRADERS THE LAST JEEEP WE PURCHASED WAS THE 6TH VEHICLE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN US GREAT VEHICLES AND THE PRICES ARE GREAT. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I EVEN FELT COMFORTABLE SENDING MY MOTHER ALONE TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM. SHE DOES LOVE THE COROLLA THEY GOT HER. I FELT I MUST WRITE THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I SAW A BAD REVIEW FOR THEM AND I KNOW FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCES IT CANT BE TRUE. THANKS AGAIN GUYS I WILL SEE YOU WHEN I AM READY FOR ANOTHER. more

Avoid at all costs 1/17/2012

Does not stand by their product or customer after the sale. Purchase a 2005 Volkswagen GTI with 54,000 miles for $12,100 from them on Saturday Jan 7 2012. 9 days later the car had to be towed to the garage. Needed two coils and new spark plugs. They told me the warranty covered everything - shame on me for not reading the warranty. Repairs cost $356.39. Dealership refused to reimburse this cost. Checked the oil before it was towed to the garage and the oil barely touched the dipstick and was extremely dirty. The garage I had it towed to said it looked like the oil hadn't been changed for thousands of miles. Do not walk away from this dealership, run. more
