My wife?s vehicle needed a new transmission. I took it to Auto Tire in Indianapolis. I was given an estimate which was acceptable and approved the work to be started. Two weeks later my wife and I found her car in a parking lot in Franklin, IN (25 minutes away). I called Auto Tire and asked the status of my wife?s vehicle and was told it was still being worked on. We waited for whoever was driving our vehicle to come out of the store and caught him off guard and questioned what was going on. This gentleman, who was of Puerto Rican decent, didn?t even work for Auto Tire. He worked for a company in downtown Indianapolis called ETE Transmissions. Without our knowledge or consent, Auto Tire let another company, which I found out has numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau work on our vehicle.
