With all the dishonesty that exists in the car repair business, it is a real pleasure to find an owner of a shop (Buce Buchanan) that treats you fairly and does the right thing. I made an appointment to have the air suspension repaired on my 1995 Town Car. Bruce pre-ordered the parts ($420) and only took my first name. After the tech (Brian) looked at the car, they advised that the parts did not need to be replaced at all. In the course of diagnosing the problem, they discovered that the fan clutch needed repair. Bruce called parts suppliers until he found the best price on a factory price and had it delivered in a half hour. They did the reapair and didn't charge me anything for the time they spent checking the air suspension system (at least an hour). I am thrilled to find this car reapir shop and I highly recommend it to everyone. more
